The restaurant "PAR4PAR" presents various cuisines of the world, notably national Russian, Mediterranean, Italian, Oriental as well as dietary and children's menu. Juicy salads, hearty soups, snacks and colorful garnish, delicious pasta - all these and other dishes being prepared only with the freshest farm products in the Russian wood burning oven, on the grill or barbecue. Thanks to the Chef’s professional excellence, all the dishes come about tasty as if home-made and wholesome. The Chef takes orders himself, so each guest of our restaurant feels himself very special. An average bill on the menu makes 2000 - 3000 rubles.

Our Chef

Chef Vitaly is the main culinary maestro of the "PAR4PAR" restaurant. Before becoming the "centre point" of our institution, he graduated from a cooking school, worked at a Japanese restaurant, studied niceties of Oriental and Italian cuisine. He learned culinary secrets from Pavel Yankowski, Chef from the village of Mandrogi. According to Vitaly, a true chef must examine every centimeter of his kitchen and, once on the culinary Olympus, be able to remain standing on it defeating the competitors around and the enemy within himself. Despite all the difficulties, Vitaly finds a chef profession creative: "Like an artist, chef creates a dish using cooking equipment instead of brushes and foodstuff instead of a palette of paints. My main principle in the preparation of meals is not to complicate the already invented wheel but embellish it."

Please enjoy the rich aroma and delicate flavor of the pastry at the "PAR4PAR" restaurant. Pies, ciabatta, baguettes, pizza - all these are cooked on burning wood in a real Russian oven. Please taste our ravioli or manually shaped dumplings, fish-soup on a bonfire, all kinds of cereal boiled according to age-old recipes.
